So, Laura personally inspects all of our customer’s premises on a regular basis to ensure we are delivering what we promise, as part of our three-step Quality Assurance Process.

3 Steps Quality Assurance by Clean One

Step 1

We take time to ensure we hire the right people, spend significant time training them, and then follow up with audits and feedback. Our main goal is to ensure our customers are 100% happy with every single clean.

Step 2

We perform on-site audits, attending customers’ premises to ensure the quality and suitability of our services to the client’s needs. We also make sure we meet the staff members behind each client’s cleaning to offer feedback and continually improve our service.

Step 3

We don’t rest on our reputation. We schedule in follow-up audits to ensure we are living up to what we promise our customers. Our team members receive bonuses for work well done and we are delighted that we give out lots of bonuses!

New Ontario cleaning standards (O. Reg. 480/24)

From Jan 1 2026, new standards have come into effect in Ontario requiring employers to maintain clean washrooms and post records.
