All cleaning chemicals and equipment are supplied by Clean One as part of the service. Paper products, garbage bags and hand soap are normally supplied by the customer, but if you prefer, we can provide these and invoice you accordingly.

Clean One uses eco-friendly (environmental) cleaning products to reduce our own carbon footprint. Using these products also helps reduce the carbon emissions of the companies and organisations we clean for. In addition, standard cleaning products can cause a build-up of toxins in the environment. At Clean One, we believe in transparent pricing and billing. Your contract will give details of each monthly payment, and that price is fixed for 12 months or the duration of your contract if under 12 months. So you always know exactly how much you need to budget for.

Our cleaning teams practice complete discretion for all our clients. Our teams are remarkably diligent when working in offices where physical files may be stored. They also pay due care and attention when working around specialized (and expensive) equipment. Inside window and internal floors can be covered by your regular cleaning services. We do not offer external window cleaning at any height, nor jet washing/cleaning/clearing of external paved areas such as paths, patios, decking, car parks, shelters, etc. However, as members of our local Chamber of Commerce, we probably know a company that can!
