In 1990, Robert Alexander had a vision of a commercial cleaning company that cared about delivering great results, every time. He built his own team of cleaning staff who shared his goal of a family-run, reliable cleaning company in Oxford County for all types of commercial premises.

With a strong client base for commercial office cleaning, Clean One also became recognised specialists in cleaning medical premises and buildings. Concerned about traditional harsh chemicals in commercial cleaning products and associated toxin build-up, Robert investigated eco-friendly cleaning methods and products to find the most effective that were also the most environmentally friendly.

Today, Clean One only uses eco-friendly cleaning products for a cleaner, healthier working environment, with an excellent standard of hygiene and an allergy-free workspaces.

Whilst Robert has now laid down his bucket and mop, Clean One continues its mission for cleaning excellent in Oxford County under our President and CEO, Laura Pember. Laura has been involved in the cleaning business for over twenty-five years. With a hands-on approach, Laura personally inspects all of our customer’s premises on a regular basis to ensure we are living up to their expectations!

As we celebrated 35 years in business in 2025, we’re looking forward to the next stage in our company’s growth, and demonstrating the many benefits of green cleaning in our local communities of Ingersoll and Woodstock, and across Oxford County ON.

Clean One Inc. are bonded, insured and covered by WSIB. All our expert cleaning team are bonded in the amount of $5,000 and we carry $5,000,000 liability insurance. We are covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board of Ontario (WSIB) to ensure your peace of mind.
