Why Quality Assurance Matters to Us

Laura Pember, our President & CEO inspects all of our customer’s premises on a regular basis to ensure we are living up to their expectations.  Laura has been involved in the cleaning business for twenty-five years and her experience ensures we will retain our leadership in the area of customer service.

Our Quality Assurance Process

Step 1

Our first step is to hire the right people, spend the time training, and then follow up with audits and feedback. Laura, our President & CEO, agree that our main goal is to ensure our customers are happy.

Step 2

Our second step is to perform audits of our customer’s premises. Laura attends at all of our customers premises on a regular basis to ensure we are living up to our customer’s expectations. Laura then meets with the staff members to offer feedback.

Step 3

Our third step is to have Laura perform follow up audits to ensure we are living up to what we promise our customers. Since 1990 our greatest asset is our ability to please our customers. Our team members receive bonuses for work well done and we are happy that we give out lots of bonuses.
